Their five free clients do not come with a diet
Their own page lists what the free plan holds: exercise library, workout builder, metrics and progress photos, tasks, messaging, apps. It lists the food journal, the macros, the meal plans and the check in forms separately, on the paid plan. So a coach who writes diets pays from the first client there, and gets two of them free here.

The price is the plan, not the plan plus four modules
Beyond the subscription, Everfit bills automation separately, the on demand portal separately, payments separately, and meal plan generation separately. Each one is useful, and each one is a line on the invoice. Moveat has one price per tier and nothing else to add.

Your client downloads nothing
Moveat opens from a link in the browser and can be pinned to the home screen if the client wants it. No store, no account, no update to explain.

The assistant is yours, not ours
Everfit builds its own assistant into the software, on the paid plan. Moveat builds none, on purpose, and instead lets you connect the assistant you already use. It reads your real check ins and can hand you a diet draft and a programme draft, in your editors, invisible to your client until you publish them yourself.

How much does Everfit cost per month?
Read on their own pricing page on 18 September 2026, Everfit asks 49 $ a month for 15 clients, and 95 $ for 50 clients. At the same headcount, Moveat shows 21.99 $, then 59.99 $. Those are the amounts shown on their side, billed in USD, and the source is their page, https://everfit.io/pricing/.
Everfit gives five free clients and Moveat gives two. Why pick Moveat?
Because the two free plans do not do the same work. Theirs covers training: workouts, photos, measurements, messaging. The food journal, the macros, the meal plans and the check in forms are on their paid plan, which starts at 19 dollars. Moveat gives you two clients with all of it, diet included. If you coach training only, their free plan is genuinely wider and you should take it.
Does Everfit include meal plans?
Their paid plan includes a food journal, macro tracking and basic meal plans. Automatic meal plan generation, templates and refreshing a plan from the latest check in are a separate paid module on top of the subscription. Both facts are on their pricing page.
Can I connect ChatGPT to Moveat the way Everfit has an assistant?
Not the same way, and that is deliberate. Moveat has no assistant of its own. It exposes your own clients to the assistant you already pay for, which can read your check ins and write diet and programme drafts. Nothing it writes reaches your client until you review and publish it.
What if Moveat does not do what I need?
Then tell us. There is a link for it in your settings, and every message is read by the person who builds the product. Moveat is young and still moving, and a request from a coach with real clients weighs more than a roadmap written in advance. We will not promise to build everything, that would be a lie, but nothing gets thrown away and you will know what was kept.
