Hosting
The application and the data it holds are hosted by the providers listed below.
- Application: Vercel Inc. The application is delivered from the Vercel infrastructure, with its functions configured to run in the Frankfurt (EU) region.
- Database, authentication and photo storage: Supabase. The data is hosted in the Frankfurt region, in Germany, inside the European Union.
- Data is stored and processed in the European Union. Vercel Inc. being a US company, any transfer to the United States is governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Payment
Payments and subscriptions are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, an electronic money institution established in Ireland and authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland. Metropole Inv. SRL never receives and never stores card numbers.
Intellectual property
The whole of the application, including its code, its design, its texts, its name and its logo, is protected by intellectual property law and belongs to Metropole Inv. SRL. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without written permission, is forbidden.
The data entered by coaches and by clients stays theirs.
Personal data
Personal data is processed as described in the privacy policy. Body photos, weight and measurements are health data and are handled with the care that requires.
You can lodge a complaint with the Autorité de protection des données, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, Belgium.
Governing law
This site and this application are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, without prejudice to the mandatory rules protecting consumers.
