ChatGPT for fitness coaches, on your real clients.
Moveat has a connector for ChatGPT and Claude. Once it is connected, you ask a question about a client and the assistant answers from that client's real check-ins, instead of the numbers you pasted into a conversation. It can write a draft. You read it, change it, and you are the one who sends it.
What you can ask
Which clients have not sent a check-in this week. How one client's weight and waist changed over the last two months. What changed between the current diet and the previous one.
You can also ask for work: a draft diet that lands in the calorie range you chose for this client, or a three-day program written with the exercises of the Moveat library. It can also save a reusable template.
What it cannot do
It cannot send anything to a client. What it writes is a draft in your editor, invisible to your client until you send it yourself.
It does not invent calories. It builds a diet from the Moveat food database, and the totals are computed by Moveat, not by the model. When a client's profile is too incomplete to give a calorie range, it has to ask you.
It does not see your clients' body photos or your private notes.
What the assistant does, and what stays yours
The connector saves typing. The decisions do not move.
Stays with you
- The direction: losing fat, gaining muscle, how fast
- Reading the draft and changing what is wrong
- Sending it to your client
- The relationship, and what you say to them
The assistant can do
- Find who went quiet and who is slipping
- Sum up months of check-ins for one client
- Prepare a draft diet or program
- Save a reusable template
The same diet update, both ways
One client, one check-in, one adjustment.
Reading the check-in
Today
You open the conversation and look for last month's numbers.
With Moveat
You ask what changed since last month, and the answer comes from the check-ins.
Writing the change
Today
You paste numbers into ChatGPT, and it guesses the calories of the foods.
With Moveat
It writes a draft with foods from the database, and Moveat computes the totals.
Sending it
Today
You copy the answer into a document, then into a message.
With Moveat
You read the draft in your editor, and you send it with one button.
Questions coaches actually ask
Can I use ChatGPT to manage my coaching clients?
Yes, by connecting it to Moveat. It reads your clients' check-ins, diets and programs, and writes drafts. On the ChatGPT side, connecting an app needs a paid ChatGPT plan. Claude can also be connected.
Does the client see what the AI writes?
No. It stays a draft in your editor until you read it and send it. Your clients never talk to the assistant.
Does it see my clients' photos?
No. It reads first names, goals, check-ins, diets and programs. The screen where you give access lists exactly what it can read and write, and you can remove the access at any time.
Does it cost extra on Moveat?
No. The connector is included on every plan, including the free one. You only need your own ChatGPT or Claude account.
Does Moveat itself use AI to write diets?
No. Moveat has no built-in assistant that decides anything. The connector is optional: without it, you write everything yourself, as before.
