Client tracking that shows you who is slipping.
Your clients send their weight, measurements and photos from their phone. You read the curve, compare the photos, and write their diet in minutes. They configure nothing.
Free for your first 2 clients. No card.
In the app
You see who's slipping, at a glance.
Your overdue clients, their last weight, their photos side by side, the diet whose macros compute themselves. What plays here is the real interface, nothing staged.
- Who's slipping, right on your dashboard
- The progress, before and after lined up
- The diet, with the macros computed for you
Right now, your coaching lives in four apps.
The photos are buried in a chat. The weights are in a spreadsheet you rebuild every January. The diet is a document you rewrite from scratch every week, for every client.
And the client who stopped sending anything three weeks ago? You find out the day they cancel.
Three steps, then it runs.
Invite your client
One email. They set a password and fill their profile on their phone. Two minutes, no app store, nothing to install.
They send their check-in
Weight, measurements, how they feel, three photos. A reminder goes out on its own when one is due, so you chase no one.
You write their diet
Build the meals, the calories and macros compute themselves from a food database. Your client sees their plan and their target the same second.
What actually changes.
You never retype what you already wrote
Meal templates, reusable programs, macros computed from the food you picked. What can be calculated is calculated.
Quantities your clients actually use
Five dates. One tablespoon of oil. Two slices of bread. Not 40 g, 13 g, 70 g. Your client counts what is in front of them instead of hunting for a scale, and the weight stays in the corner for whoever owns one. In ounces too, if that is how your client thinks.
Coach across the language barrier
You write in English, your French client reads in French. The foods you pick and the quantities you set are stored as data, not as words, so each of you reads the same plan in your own language, from the very same numbers. What you type yourself, a meal name or a note, stays in your words.
The photos stay private
Body photos live in a private bucket and are served through signed links that expire. They are never public, never indexed, never shared by accident. This is the question your clients will ask, and you have an answer.
A half finished check-in is not a lost client
The draft saves itself continuously. A phone that dies at 80 percent of the form does not send your client back to the start, so they come back and finish.
Five things Moveat will not do.
01
Guess a number
Calories and macros come from the food database, the product label, or your own hand. Never an estimate. An invented calorie is invisible, and it skews a plan for weeks.
02
Write the plan for you
No model decides your client's deficit. You pick the phase, you write the meals. The app does the arithmetic. The coaching stays yours.
03
Lock a feature behind a tier
Everything is in the free tier, for your first 2 clients: messaging, photos, exports, templates. The price follows your roster, nothing else.
04
Make your client download an app
One link, and their check in opens in their browser. No app store account, no update to approve, nothing to install before they can answer you. The client who never downloads anything is exactly the one you were about to lose. If they want the icon on their home screen they can pin it, but that is their choice, never your entry fee.
05
Touch your client's plan while you rework it
The draft and the sent version are two separate things. Rewrite a whole diet without your client seeing a thing: the screen tells you which one they are reading.
Built for the coach who has 1 to 50 clients.
From your very first client onward, enough tooling that you no longer hold it all in your head, enough closeness that every one of them knows your name. Free up to 2 clients.
Why Moveat exists
I built this from the client's chair.
Before Moveat, I was the client. My diet was a sheet of paper I lost. My program lived in a notes app I stopped opening. No one could see my progress, so no one could tell the week I drifted.
I did not want another dashboard for gyms. I wanted the tool my own coach never had: a place where the check-in arrives on its own, the photos line up, and the plan is one tap away. That is the whole product, and nothing more.

Questions coaches ask.
Something we did not answer here? Write to us, a human replies.
contact@wemoveat.appDo my clients have to install an app?
No. Moveat opens in their browser and can be added to their home screen in one tap, like an app. There is no app store, no download, no update to explain. They tap the link you send and they are in.
Where are the body photos stored?
In a private storage bucket. They are served through signed links that expire, so they are never public and never indexed by a search engine. Only you and the client who sent them can see them.
Are there exercise videos?
No. Moveat does not ship a library of filmed exercises. You write the program yourself, session by session, with the sets, the reps, the rest and your own notes, and your client follows it from their phone. Your clients know you, they do not need a stranger's demo. If a movement really has to be shown, paste your own video link into the exercise note.
What happens when I take on a third client?
The free plan covers two clients. When you invite a third, you switch to Pro. Nothing is deleted, nothing is locked behind a wall, you simply add the third client once you subscribe.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, from your account. There is no commitment and no notice period. You keep access until the end of the month you already paid for, and your data stays yours.
Does it write the diet for me?
No, and that is on purpose. You write the diet, because you are the one who knows your client. Moveat does the arithmetic: you pick the food, it computes the calories and the macros, and it shows your client their target.
Two clients, free, right now.
No card, no call, no demo to book. Create the account and send the first invitation.
