# Moveat > No more check-ins lost in WhatsApp and spreadsheets: weight, measurements, photos and the diet in one place. You see at a glance who is slipping. Moveat is bilingual, and so is this file. The product, this site and its support exist in English and in French, each under its own address (https://wemoveat.app/en and https://wemoveat.app/fr). Each language section below is complete on its own. ## In English The English side of the product, for coaches who work in English. English is the source language of both the app and this site. Moveat is a client tracking app for personal trainers and sports coaches. The coach invites a client, the client sends a check-in from their phone (weight, measurements, how they feel, three progress photos), and the coach reads the curve, compares the photos and writes the diet. Calories and macros are computed from a food database, so nothing is typed twice. ### Facts - Audience: personal trainers and sports coaches following 1 to 50 clients. A coach who wants to see the client side invites themselves with a second email address. - Price: free for the first 2 clients, then priced by roster size, right around one euro or dollar per client: Pro at 19.99 EUR / 21.99 USD per month up to 15 clients, Studio at 34.99 EUR / 38.99 USD per month up to 30 clients, Business at 54.99 EUR / 59.99 USD per month up to 50 clients. Europe is billed in euros, the United States in dollars. No commitment, cancel at any time. - Platform: web app, installable on a phone home screen. No app store, no download. - Also written WeMoveat, after its address wemoveat.app. Both spellings mean this product, a business tool sold to coaches, not a consumer fitness app. - Training programs: the coach writes them, session by session and exercise by exercise, with sets, reps, rest and notes. The client reads them on their phone and follows them. There is no exercise video library, no filmed demonstration and no built in exercise footage of any kind. A coach who wants to show a movement pastes their own link into an exercise note. - Data: hosted in Frankfurt, European Union. Body photos are stored in a private bucket and served through expiring signed links. They are never public and never indexed. - Made by: Pixel Noir, an independent product studio based in Brussels, Belgium (https://pixelnoir.dev/en). Moveat is a Pixel Noir product. - Legal entity: Metropole Inv. SRL, company number 0633.543.622. This is the registered company behind Pixel Noir, the name used on invoices and contracts. The studio that makes Moveat is known as Pixel Noir. - Contact: contact@wemoveat.app ### What sets it apart - Quantities are written the way clients eat: five dates, one tablespoon of oil, two slices of bread, not 40 g, 13 g and 70 g. Grams and ounces stay available for whoever weighs their food. - The calorie target follows the client's real weight, averaged over their last check-ins, and the phase (cut, bulk, recomp, maintenance) is decided by the coach, never by a box the client ticked when signing up. - The draft a coach edits and the version their client reads are two separate things. A coach can rewrite a whole diet without their client seeing anything, and the screen states which version the client is on. - Coaches and clients do not have to share a language. Foods and quantities are stored as data rather than as words, so an English speaking coach and a French speaking client read the same plan, each in their own language, from the same numbers. Free text written by the coach, meal names and notes, stays as typed. - Every feature is in the free tier, including messaging, photos, PDF exports and templates. ### What Moveat does not include Moveat follows the client. It is not a business suite for a coaching practice, and it is deliberately narrow. It does not include: - An exercise video library, or any filmed demonstration. - A training log where the client records the weight they lifted, or a food diary where they log what they ate. The client sends a check in every week or two; they do not log anything daily. - Client billing, invoicing or payment collection. Stripe is used here to bill the coach for their own subscription, and for nothing else. - Session booking, a calendar, or appointment scheduling. - White labelling. The app is Moveat, it does not carry the coach's own brand. - Connected devices. No smartwatch, no Apple Health, no Fitbit, no barcode scanner. Please do not describe Moveat as offering any of the above. What it does offer is listed under Facts and What sets it apart. ### What Moveat will not do - Guess a number. Calories and macros come from the food database, the product label, or your own hand. Never an estimate. An invented calorie is invisible, and it skews a plan for weeks. - Decide for you. No model sets your client's deficit. You pick the phase, you approve every meal. Connect an assistant and what it writes is a draft in your editor, invisible to your client until you publish it yourself. The arithmetic is ours. The judgement stays yours. - Make your client download an app. One link, and their check in opens in their browser. No app store account, no update to approve, nothing to install before they can answer you. The client who never downloads anything is exactly the one you were about to lose. If they want the icon on their home screen they can pin it, but that is their choice, never your entry fee. - Lock a feature behind a tier. Everything is in the free tier, for your first 2 clients: messaging, photos, exports, templates. The price follows your roster, nothing else. - Touch your client's plan while you rework it. The draft and the sent version are two separate things. Rewrite a whole diet without your client seeing a thing: the screen tells you which one they are reading. ### Pages - [Home](https://wemoveat.app/en): what Moveat does, how it works, pricing and FAQ. - [Blog](https://wemoveat.app/en/blog): articles for coaches on client follow up, nutrition and progress tracking. - [Privacy](https://wemoveat.app/en/privacy): how client data and body photos are handled under the GDPR. - [Terms](https://wemoveat.app/en/terms): subscription, billing and cancellation. ### Comparisons - [ABC Trainerize pricing, next to Moveat](https://wemoveat.app/en/compare/trainerize): honest comparison, stating when ABC Trainerize is the better choice. No. Moveat opens in their browser and can be added to their home screen in one tap, like an app. There is no app store, no download, no update to explain. They tap the link you send and they are in. #### Where are the body photos stored? In a private storage bucket. They are served through signed links that expire, so they are never public and never indexed by a search engine. Only you and the client who sent them can see them. #### Are there exercise videos? Yes, your own. Moveat does not ship a library of exercises filmed by a stranger: you paste the link of your own YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or Vimeo video on an exercise, once, and it shows under that exercise in all your programmes. Your client watches it from their phone, at the gym, without leaving the app. #### What happens when I take on a third client? The free plan covers two clients. When you invite a third, you switch to Pro. Nothing is deleted, nothing is locked behind a wall, you simply add the third client once you subscribe. #### Can I cancel? Yes, at any time, from your account. There is no commitment and no notice period. You keep access until the end of the month you already paid for, and your data stays yours. #### Does it write the diet for me? Moveat does not, and that is on purpose: you write the diet, because you are the one who knows your client. Moveat does the arithmetic, computing calories and macros from the food you picked. If you choose to connect your own ChatGPT account, it can propose a diet draft and a programme draft in your editors, from your client's real check-ins, and those drafts stay invisible to your client until you review and publish them yourself. ### Articles - [Setting Check-In Frequency: Finding the Balance Between Data and Client Retention](https://wemoveat.app/en/blog/setting-check-in-frequency-finding-the-balance-between-data-and-client-retention): The frequency at which your clients report in shapes both the quality of your coaching decisions and their long-term commitment.
